LG Live - Marissa Muraoka

San Jose native Marissa Muraoka performed at Little Green for the first time last October, and put those in attendance under the spell of her shadowy indie pop.  Her songs often ring with a tinge of sentimentality, while dispelling ghosts of her past to cathartic effect.  In her song “Lowlight,” she begins: “lowlight in November/I remember it all/I hear your voice and the shadows fall/hide it all in the dark/never look back.”  Fans of K.T. Tunsdall, Ingrid Michaelson, Sharon Van Etten, and the Staves won’t want to miss this performance on our own proverbial doorstep.

Lost Wax Metal Casting

Jewelry artist Natalie of Salayi Designs returns to teach this well loved class! Create your own metal jewelry piece. Wax models are transformed into metal jewelry. Melt, model, cut, and texture wax to create a piece of jewelry which will be cast in your choice of sterling silver or bronze.

Please Note! You will not leave the night of the workshop with a finished piece. Your wax model will be transformed into metal through the lost wax casting process, and this takes time. You will be contacted when your piece is finished and ready to be collected, likely within 10-14 days from the workshop.

June 22nd 2pm - 5pm

$75 plus the cost of the metal. Details on metal pricing on our shop page.
